S356     GENERAL BILL by Dockery  (Identical H 0213)
  Congressional Vacancies/United States Senate [GPSC]; Provides that a
  special election or special primary election shall be held to fill a
  vacancy in the office of a member from Florida of the United States
  Senate. Provides that the Governor is not required to call a special
  election to fill such a vacancy if a session of Congress is not
  scheduled during the unexpired portion of the term, etc.  EFFECTIVE
  DATE: 07/01/2010.
