S1006 GENERAL BILL by Jones (Identical H 0833, Compare CS/CS/1ST ENG/S 1412) Department of Juvenile Justice/Reports/Functions [SPSC]; Deletes a provision that requires the DJJ to develop an annual report on the performance of assessment and treatment services for serious or habitual juvenile offenders for delivery to the Governor and other designated persons by a specified date.
