Senate 1062: Relating to Performing Arts Center Funding [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1062    GENERAL BILL by Altman  (Compare CS/H 0549)
Performing Arts Center Funding [WPSC]; Provides an alternative
requirement for the DOR to distribute certain sales tax proceeds to
certain performing arts centers under certain circumstances. Designates
the OTTED as the state agency for screening and certifying applicants
for performing arts center funding. Requires the office to adopt funding
application rules. Authorizes the department to conduct audits to verify
certain expenditures, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
