Insurance; deletes exclusion from application of deceptive & unfair
trade practices provisions pertaining to Financial Services Dept. or
Insurance Regulation Off.; revises certain authorized actions multiple
insurers may engage in together; requires office to provide health care
providers with full disclosure of certain rate comparison information
each year; requires motor vehicle & residential property insurance rate
roll back, etc. Amends FS. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2004.
