Senate 1126: Relating to Permitting [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1126    GENERAL BILL/CS/1ST ENG by Environmental Preservation and Conservation;

Permitting [EPSC]; Provides requirements for claiming certain site
rehabilitation costs in applications for contaminated site
rehabilitation tax credits. Clarifies duties of the OTTED to approve
expedited permitting and comprehensive plan amendments. Revises criteria
for businesses submitting permit applications or local comprehensive
plan amendments, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
