S1220 GENERAL BILL by Wilson (Linked S 1362, Compare S 1248) Infectious Disease Testing/Juvenile Centers [SPSC]; Requires each juvenile assessment center or juvenile detention facility to have a written procedure regarding the testing of juveniles for infectious diseases. Requires the DOH to designate certain counties, if approved by the county's governing body, to participate in a program to test each juvenile for HIV who is referred to or who is under supervision of the DJJ.
