Lifeline Telecommunications Service; directs local exchange
telecommunications companies to notify company customers of Lifeline
service & eligibility criteria for Lifeline participation; requires
company to send brochures, pamphlets, or other materials to customers at
least once each year in customer's monthly billing envelope; corrects
cross reference. Amends 364.10,.02. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
