Agricultural & Migrant Labor; requires Health Dept. to adopt rules re
residential migrant housing; authorizes & directs Executive Office of

workers; creates "Florida Agricultural Worker Safety Act"; requires
agricultural employers to make certain pesticide information available;
deletes provision re compensation paid to dependents of aliens, etc.
Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $300,000. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
