S1338 GENERAL BILL by Dean (Compare CS/CS/CS/1ST ENG/H 0617, CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 0550) Limestone Mining [EPSC]; Eliminates criteria for determining the ratio of mitigation-to-wetlands loss relating to limestone and sand mining.
