House 1401: Relating to School Health Services Program ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1401    GENERAL BILL by Roberson  (Similar S 1248)
School Health Services Program; defines term "school-based health
center" for purposes of School Health Services Act; provides that such
center is health care entity acting as instrumentality of state for
purposes of certain limitations on liability. Amends 381.0056.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
