S1432 GENERAL BILL by Justice (Identical H 0557, Compare H 0457, S 0412, S 1178, S 1382) Renewable Energy Generation and Net Metering [RPCC]; Provides for the promotion of the development of small customer-owned renewable energy generation, particularly through photovoltaic and wind systems.
