Heller; Nehr; Pafford; Porth; Rader; Reed; Rehwinkel Vasilinda; Rouson;
Saunders; Skidmore; Soto; Steinberg; Waldman; Zapata
Military Readiness; Urges Congress to adopt, & President of United
States to sign into law, H.R. 1283, Military Readiness Enhancement Act
of 2009, or similar legislation, that institutes policy of
nondiscrimination based on sexual orientation with respect to service in
U.S. military & repeals "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.
