Relief/Smith/Hughes/Truitt; provides for relief of Debra Smith, Pamela
Hughes, Michael Truitt, & Charles Hughes; authorizes & directs Indian
River Co. School Board to compensate them for death of their father,
Sammie Lee Hughes, due to negligence of school board; provides for
attorney's fees & costs. CLAIM: $300,000. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon
becoming law.
