Senate 1660: Relating to Agency for Persons with Disabilities [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1660    GENERAL BILL/CS/1ST ENG by Health and Human Services Appropriations;
Peaden (Compare CS/H 0745, H 5111, CS/S 1278, 2ND ENG/S 2600)
Agency for Persons with Disabilities [WPSC]; Requires that the agency
assign and provide priority to clients waiting for waiver services.
Classifies and specifies the order of priority. Directs the agency to
eliminate medication-review services. Creates the Prepaid Services for
Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities Study Group to
evaluate the creation of a prepaid service plan for children with
disabilities, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
