Absentee Ballots/Requests [GPSC]; Permits the preparation and
distribution of absentee ballot request forms by third-party
organizations. Requires that the forms be returnable to the supervisor
of elections' office or the Division of Elections. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
