Governmental Oversight and Productivity
FRS/Payroll Contribution Rates; revises payroll contribution rates for
membership classes of FRS for state fiscal years effective July 1, 2004,
& July 1, 2005; reduces fee imposed for cost of administration; provides
declaration of important state interest. Amends 121.71,.74. EFFECTIVE
DATE: 07/01/2004.
