Senate 2260: Relating to Driver License Services [CPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2260    GENERAL BILL by Joyner  (Identical H 0763, Compare CS/S 1528)
Driver License Services [CPSC]; Revises a fee charged for driver license
transactions administered by county tax collectors. Provides for the fee
to be adjusted in relation to the change in the CPI. Authorizes a tax
collector to enter into interlocal agreements for the provision of
driver license services. Provides that such fee shall be paid to the tax
collector in addition to other fees. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
