Senate 2316: Relating to Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2316    GENERAL BILL by Hill  (Identical H 1283, Compare H 0377, S 0114)
Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act [SPSC]; Provides minimum
staffing level requirements for the ratio of direct care registered
nurses to patients in a health care facility. Prohibits the imposition
of mandatory overtime and certain other actions by a health care
facility. Prohibits the use of video cameras or monitors by a health
care facility as a substitute for the required level of care, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
