  Health Care [SPSC]; Redefines the term "clinic" for purposes of the
  Health Care Clinic Act to include certain additional providers. Requires
  specialty clinics to be subject to licensure requirements. Requires
  additional persons to be subject to background screening. Revises
  certain requirements for applying for licensure as a health care clinic.
  Creates additional requirements for applying for licensure as a
  specialty clinic, etc.  APPROPRIATION: $237,875.  EFFECTIVE DATE:
  07/01/2010.
