S2570    GENERAL BILL by Wise  (Identical H 1053)
  Sale of Gift Certificates; provides that it is unlawful for any person
  or entity to sell gift certificate that contains expiration date or
  service fee; provides general requirements re gift certificates;
  provides for applicability & construction of act; authorizes fee;
  provides definition. Creates 501.95.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
