Senate 2618: Relating to Warranty Associations [CPSC]

S2618    GENERAL BILL/CS by Judiciary; Bennett  (Similar H 1379, Compare
  CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 2176)
  Warranty Associations [CPSC]; Provides penalties for certain licensure
  violations. Prohibits service agreement companies from issuing certain
  deceptive advertisements, operating without a subsisting license, or
  remitting premiums to a person other than the obligated service
  agreement company. Deletes a requirement that certain service agreement
  forms be approved by the OIR of the Financial Services Commission, etc.
  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
