Senate 2694: Relating to Florida Building Commission [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2694    GENERAL BILL by Constantine  (Compare CS/CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/H 0663,
CS/CS/S 0648)
Florida Building Commission [EPSC]; Requires that the DCA adopt rules
addressing the performance of its designee and contractors. Provides an
exception from approval and insignia requirements for custom or
one-of-a-kind prototype manufactured buildings. Revises provisions
relating to the recertification of manufactured buildings. Revises
provisions requiring that certain buildings have an approved operational
carbon monoxide alarm, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
