Senate 2714: Relating to Radio Transmission/Unauthorized ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2714    GENERAL BILL/1ST ENG by Villalobos  (Similar 1ST ENG/H 1197)
Radio Transmission/Unauthorized; prohibits person from making radio
transmission in this state unless person obtains license or exemption
from licensure from Federal Communications Commission; prohibits
unlicensed radio transmission that interferes with licensed public or
commercial radio station; provides criminal penalties, etc. Creates
877.27. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
