S2720 GENERAL BILL by Siplin Criminal Justice [SPSC]; Specifies that the Criminal Procedure Law is effective to the extent that it is not in conflict with the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure unless the conflict is incidental or substantive in nature. Specifies the criminal jurisdiction of county and circuit courts. Specifies the punishment available for contempt.
