  Consumer Protection/Unsolicited Checks [CPSC]; Provides a definition.
  Prohibits the mailing or delivery of unsolicited checks. Provides an
  exception and a penalty. Exempts credit card bearers from liability for
  the unauthorized use of such checks.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
