House 0347: Relating to Consumer Protection/State Emergency ------------------------------------------------------------------

Consumer Protection/State Emergency; provides criminal penalties for any
person who fails to possess occupational license & offers goods &
services for sale to public during declared state of emergency; provides
that failure to possess such license constitutes reasonable cause to
detain such person for reasonable amount of time & in reasonable manner;
provides Governor with certain emergency management powers, etc. Amends
501.160, 252.36. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
