Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind; Requires that salaries for
full-time instructional personnel at school be increased annually
according to average of certain comparable salaries; requires annual
negotiation of salary schedules; provides for implementation based on
funding. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
