House 7069: Relating to Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund [FPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

H7069    TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL/1ST ENG by Jobs & Entrepreneurship Council;
Reagan (Compare CS/S 1110)
Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund [FPCC]; provides for use of certain
funds received from regulation of slot machine facilities; requires that
unappropriated funds in excess of incurred obligations & funds necessary
for cash flow in subsequent year be deposited into General Revenue Fund
at end of fiscal year. Amends 550.135. EFFECTIVE DATE: 05/24/2007.
