House 0767: Relating to Community Contribution Tax Credit ------------------------------------------------------------------

H767     GENERAL BILL by Waters  (Similar S 0648, Compare 2ND ENG/H 0109, H 1795,
CS/CS/S 0330, CS/S 3002)
Community Contribution Tax Credit; requires that no more than 80 percent
of available annual tax credits may be granted for low-income &
very-low-income households, under certain conditions, in order to be
eligible for said credit; provides for alternative use of such credits
under certain circumstances. Amends 220.183. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon
becoming law.
