House 0905: Relating to Admissions Tax ------------------------------------------------------------------

H905     GENERAL BILL by Chestnut; (CO-SPONSORS) Tobia  (Compare CS/S 2006)
Admissions Tax; Exempts from tax admission charges to educational events
sponsored by public colleges, universities, & community colleges;
deletes exemption for admissions to events sponsored by governmental
entity, sports authority, or sports commission in convention hall,
exhibition hall, auditorium, stadium, theater, arena, civic center,
performing arts center, or publicly owned recreational facility.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
