  Firefighter Death Benefits [WPSC]; Revises provisions providing death
  benefits for firefighters. Expands activities entitling firefighters to

  legislative findings that the act fulfils an important state interest.
  Provides for application.  EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
