Senate 0920: Relating to OGSR/State Child Abuse Death Review Committee [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S920     PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL/CS by Governmental Oversight and
Accountability; Health Regulation (Similar H 7113)
OGSR/State Child Abuse Death Review Committee [SPSC]; Amends specified
provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements
for information held or obtained by the State Child Abuse Death Review
Committee or any local committee and an exemption from public meetings
requirements for specified meetings of the committee or a local
committee. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the
exemption, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2010.
