Senate 1646: Relating to Regional Workforce Boards [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1646    GENERAL BILL/CS by Transportation and Economic Development
Appropriations; Fasano; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms; Crist (Compare 3RD
ENG/H 5003)
Regional Workforce Boards [WPSC]; Prohibits board members and their
relatives from contracting with or having a financial interest in a
contract with the regional workforce board on which the member serves.
Requires a member who is employed by or who receives remuneration from a
contracting entity to abstain from voting on a contract with that
entity, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
