Senate 1972: Relating to Veterans [GPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1972    GENERAL BILL/CS by Governmental Oversight and Accountability; Aronberg;
(CO-INTRODUCERS) Dean; Gaetz (Identical CS/H 1003, Compare S 0348)
Veterans [GPSC]; Exempts certain veterans' organizations from
requirements to file registration statements with the DOACS. Defines the
term "service-disabled veteran" for purposes of the Florida
Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Opportunity Act. Revises
eligibility requirements for residency in the Veterans' Domiciliary Home
of Florida and for admittance into a licensed health care facility
operated by the FDVA. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
