Senate 2020: Relating to Information Technology [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2020    GENERAL BILL/CS/2ND ENG by Policy & Steering Committee on Ways and
Means; Alexander
Information Technology [WPSC]; Revises the duties and responsibilities
of the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology. Requires that the
agency develop standards for information technology services. Specifies
the contents of financial statements that must be provided by primary
data centers. Requires that each data center submit to its board of
trustees cost-reduction proposals and organizational plans, etc.
APPROPRIATION: $300,000. EFFECTIVE DATE: 05/28/2010.
