Senate 2504: Relating to Hospital-based Physicians [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2504    GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Hospital-based Physicians [SPSC]; Prohibits a licensed facility from
employing a hospital-based physician or group of hospital-based
physicians or entering into a contract with such physicians unless those
physicians are under contract with each health insurer that has
contracted with the licensed facility to provide medical services, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
