Senate 2570: Relating to Electric Utilities [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2570    GENERAL BILL by Fasano  (Identical H 1601)
Electric Utilities [EPSC]; Requires electric utilities to annually
report to the PSC the name, title, and salary of each executive officer
receiving a salary above a certain amount. Defines the term "executive
officer." Requires the report to include information for a person who
was replaced during the year of the report. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
