Senate 2604: Relating to Water Management District Governing Boards [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2604    GENERAL BILL by Bennett  (Compare CS/CS/H 1407)
Water Management District Governing Boards [EPSC]; Establishes a water
management district governing board nominating commission. Requires the
Executive Office of the Governor to provide administrative support to
the commission and to adopt rules. Requires governing boards to obtain
legislative authorization for acquisition costs and professional service
procurement costs in excess of specified amounts, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
