Relief/Lawrence Femminella/Palm Beach Co. Sheriff; Compensates Lawrence
Femminella for loss of consortium, false arrest, and the negligent
training and hiring of deputy sheriffs by the Palm Beach County
Sheriff's Office. Provides a limitation on the payment of fees and
costs, etc. CLAIM: $716,200. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
