Senate 0130: Relating to Name Change Petitions ------------------------------------------------------------------

S130     GENERAL BILL by Dockery  (Similar H 1787)
Name Change Petitions; requires that such petition contain certain
criminal background information; requires report to be sent to FDLE &
HSMV; authorizes FDLE to forward report to other law enforcement
agencies. Amends 68.07. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
