Senate 0182: Relating to Certificates of Need ------------------------------------------------------------------

Certificates of Need; exempts certain health-care-related projects
involving percutaneous coronary intervention from certificate of need
review; provides requirements by which certain hospitals may obtain
exemption; requires agency to adopt rules to develop licensing standards
for cardiology services & burn units; requires certain providers to
comply with such rules, etc. Amends 408.036,.0361. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2004.
