Senate 0302: Relating to Fla. High-Speed Rail Authority Act ------------------------------------------------------------------

Fla. High-Speed Rail Authority Act; provides that tax exemption provided
to authority does not apply to income, sales, or other taxable
transactions re associated development, as defined by act. Amends
341.840. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
