Senate 0500: Relating to Reactive Drywall Mitigation [CPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S500     GENERAL BILL by Aronberg  (Compare S 1042)
Reactive Drywall Mitigation [CPSC]; Creates the Reactive Drywall
Mitigation Act. Prohibits a person from performing an inspection or
preparing a plan for the removal of reactive drywall or removing
reactive drywall and damaged items unless the person is employed by a
licensed reactive drywall mitigation business. Specifies prerequisites
for licensure by the DBPR as a reactive drywall mitigation business,
etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 01/01/2011.
