Senate 0672: Relating to Emergency Elevator Access ------------------------------------------------------------------

Emergency Elevator Access; (THIS BILL COMBINES S672,680) provides
requirements re regional emergency elevator access; requires elevators
in certain newly constructed or certain substantially improved buildings
to be keyed alike within each of state emergency response regions;
creates Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Council within Hotels &
Restaurants Div. of DBPR; authorizes county or municipality to assess
reasonable fee for inspections, etc. Amends FS. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon
becoming law except as otherwise provided.
