S790     GENERAL BILL by Dean  (Compare H 0181)
Retired Justices and Judges [SPSC]; Provides that a former justice or
judge may be qualified to serve as a retired justice or judge under
certain conditions. Provides circumstances under which such justice or
judge may not serve as a retired justice or judge. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
