S948     GENERAL BILL by Hill
Domestic Violence/Surrender Weapon [SPSC]; Provides that a respondent
may be ordered, as part of a domestic violence injunction, to surrender
any weapon identified in the injunction order. Provides requirements for
such an order. Provides for consequences of failure to comply with such
an order, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
