Senate 1040: Relating to Domestic Violence Trust Fund [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1040    GENERAL BILL by Rich  (Identical H 0917, Compare CS/H 0229, CS/S 0400)
Domestic Violence Trust Fund [SPSC]; Requires the court to impose a
surcharge of $301, rather than the formerly imposed surcharge of $201,
for violations of certain specified provisions of law and for other
offenses of domestic violence. Requires the clerk of court to deposit
the sum of $185, rather than the formerly required deposit of $85, into
the Domestic Violence Trust Fund. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
