Medicaid; adds criminal violations of specified provisions to list of
specified crimes within jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecution Office;
includes Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. in AHCA's
local coordinating workgroups for identifying unlicensed assisted living
facilities; authorizes AHCA to impose mandatory enrollment in
drug-therapy-management or disease-management programs for certain
categories of recipients, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $262,087.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
