S1304    GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Scholarships/Nonprofit Funding Orgs.; requires parent of student
recipients of scholarships from eligible nonprofit scholarship-funding
organizations to ensure that student takes required statewide
assessments; requires school districts to provide locations & times for
students to take such assessments. Amends 220.187. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2004.
