Senate 1364: Relating to Governor's Medal of Merit ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1364    GENERAL BILL/CS by Governmental Oversight and Productivity; Fasano;
(CO-SPONSORS) Cowin; Lynn; Dockery; Bullard; Atwater; Clary (Similar

Governor's Medal of Merit; authorizes Governor to present Governor's
Medal of Merit to resident of this state who has rendered exceptional
meritorious service or who is serving, or who has been honorably
discharged from service, in the United States Armed Forces, Florida
National Guard, or United States Reserve Forces &, while on active duty,
rendered exceptional meritorious service; limits presentation to one
medal per individual, etc. Amends 250.10. EFFECTIVE DATE: 05/25/2004.
